It has been built to play nicely with your existing system and not interfere with it. It has been built entirely on top of git and ruby and is easily customized to suit your needs. Debugging help with Homebrew should at the very least include details of the output of `brew doctor`.

Upgrade to geth 1.10.18 with brew not working
I’m trying to upgrade geth 1.10.17 to 1.10.18 using brew, but it keeps reinstalling 1.10.17
I’m using :
brew update && brew upgrade && brew reinstall ethereum
And get this:

geth can be installed on the Mac OS X using brew
brew update
brew upgrade
brew tap ethereum/ethereum
brew install ethereum
Is there a way to use brew to install Geth and tools?

The basic download instructions on the Ethereum repo are producing this brew error: Error: No available formula with the name "ethereum".
Things I've done:
brew update
brew upgrade
brew tap ethereum/...

Stuck on Install Solidity with Brew on MacOSX

Homebrew parity install fails with 'no available formula'
The following installation of Parity via Homebrew on MacOS:
brew install parity --beta --verbose
fails with
Error: No available formula with the name "parity"
What can I do?
