Parity IPC direct connect
Before Parity I used Geth, and made requests like:
echo '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","method":"eth_getBlockByNumber","params":["latest", false],"id":1}' | nc -NU geth.ipc
and It worked!

How do I connect IPC with Parity?
I'm running Parity in warp mode on Mac OSX:
parity --warp --rpcapi "web3,eth,personal"
Then I open a new terminal and run:
node
Web3 = require("Web3")
web3 = new Web3(new Web3.providers....
