Zokrates backend "gm17" not supported
GM 17 is the only backend that is supported by default. To enable GM16 (and PHGR13) you would have to build Zokrates from source using the appropriate flags.

Is there a way to obtain the same Hash using Keccak256 from Web3 and ZoKrates hash function such as sha256packed?
I think I solved it.
What you have to do is using the method web3.eth.abi.encodeParameters(VALUES) inside function web3.utils.keccak256.
