Truffle for Windows: I can't make it work
open a cmd and run testrpc, then open another cmd in the folder you have your Dapp and try to add .cmd like this:
truffle.cmd console

How to deploy a new version of the contract?
you should use truffle(.cmd) migrate --reset to redeploy it on the network.
everytime you run migrate an new address and new contract is created.

truffle console issues without testrpc running
for truffle you need 2 instances of cmd:
- one with testrpc running
- one with truffle(.cmd) console
you could use the browser for the ropsten testnet
