  • What smart contract is it? Can share the link and then check on EtherScan that the smart contract has any events or transactions? Commented Apr 18, 2020 at 15:09

You're connecting to ropsten:

const web3 = new Web3('https://ropsten.infura.io/v3/......')

There is no contract at ropsten address 0x95dAaaB98046846bF4B2853e23cba236fa394A31.

But there is one at mainnet address 0x95dAaaB98046846bF4B2853e23cba236fa394A31.

So what you really want is probably to connect to mainnet instead:

const web3 = new Web3('https://mainnet.infura.io/v3/......')
