to protect my geth node1, I need to let it behind a firewall which forbidden inboud of 30303 port. In the meanwhile, I start another node2 out of the firewall, and I add node2 to node1's peer list. However, the peer count of node1 is still very low(noly 5-7), but node2 has more than 20 node.

what can I do to make the node2 exchange node list info with node1 so that node1 can has more peer when the port is forbidden by firewall?
