I am running a node that is synced with the Ropsten Testnetwork. Recently I run out of disk space and had to move the entire ~/.ethereum directory to a different disk. Now when I am trying to continue synchronizing with Ropsten, the Geth client will be stuck at:

INFO [08-27|14:38:43.267] Allocated cache and file handles
database=/ropsten/ethereum/testnet/geth/chaindata cache=512.00MiB handles=524288

I have waited for an hour but nothing happens. It runs on verbosity 5 and doesn't display anything else. This is how I start Geth:

geth --testnet --rpc --rpcapi="db,eth,net,web3,personal,web3" --verbosity "5" --datadir "/ropsten/ethereum/testnet" --rpccorsdomain '*' --rpcaddr --rpcport 8080 --syncmode "fast" console

I am running Geth 1.9.2-stable on Ubuntu 18.04

Any idea what might cause this problem and how to resolve it?
