I'm quite confused about whether value v is related to deterministic k derived from RFC6979.

I know that we can try 4 possibilities of v and compare to public key.

And if (lower r, y is even), then v is 27. If (lower r, y is odd), then v is 28.

But I'm wondering that if value of v is related to deterministic k.

Because r is the coordinate x of (k * G). Does it mean that if (k * G) = (x, y_even), then v is 27?
