I set up a private chain with 4 nodes.Two nodes are sealer, the others are normal ones.

To send a transaction, need to attach one node and then send it. I think in this way, only one node is used to do transaction. It should have some risk. For instance, the work load of that node is higher than others. Once its system got broken, the whole system will not work,etc.

Therefore, I wonder if there is a method to let the nodes have equal chance to work as chain access entry and be transparent to users.

Another question related: when I use web3 API to unlock an account, shall I need to know which node the account was created on? web3.eth.personal.unlockAccount("0x11f4d0A3c12e86B4b5F39B213F7E19D048276DAe", "test password!", 600)
