Using the ganache command line interface I can set a seed and a port:

If this isn't possible with ganache, can I use geth for it?

  • Why you need that? I don't think ganache can do it. It should be possible using nginx as reverse proxy, but that is outside of the scope of this forum perhaps you should ask in stackoverflow.com. – Ismael Apr 16 '19 at 17:00
