I am trying to setup a dev parity node, but it is failing with the error,

Loading config file from config.toml. Cannot create a file when that file already exists. (os error 183)

My config.toml file is,

  • C:\\parity\\UTC--2019-03-14T17-16-40Z--96d8cf68-bf3e-941c-4566-1e2910682569 appears to be the path to your keyfile, not a folder that contains your keyfile, which is what keys_path expects. – Joshua Mir Mar 15 at 8:59
