I'm trying to make a DAPP, which involves using an ERC998 Top-down.

I want to introduce a status on the token, and status has 2 options (ACTIVE and INACTIVE)

I was wondering, is it possible to introduce a smart contract, which would be called when a child token is sold, that would change the status of the parent token, while (most importantly), keeping within the standard of ERC (EIP) 998?
