On the geth Rinkeby testnet, how does the rest of the testnet respond if a Rinkeby node makes a bad block, or a block that contains:

  • No transactions

  • Transactions that may have been included in a previous block

  • Transactions that use a tremendous amount of gas.

  • (insert attack here)

I know that you can vote off block producers. But are there any automated rejections of bad blocks by the other block producers?

Is there a more resilient ethereum POA consensus that allows for elections of block producers than Rinkeby.
