More specifically, here is the dilemma that I'm facing:

I have the following event:

event MyEvent(address indexed addr, bool indexed state);

Sometimes I emit it with false, and sometimes I emit it with true.

I've realized that I can reduce cost by splitting it into two identical events:

event MyEventF(address indexed addr);
event MyEventT(address indexed addr);

And then invoke each one of them where needed.

Is there any downside in this approach whatsoever, or is it a pure profit?

Also, wouldn't this mean (assuming true) that under no circumstances is it "worth" utilizing events with Boolean parameters? (this may actually be a better title for the question).

Thank you!
