I am trying to show the storage used by a deployed smart contract, I have a piece of code here that shows the first 10 indexes,

let contractAddress = '0xf1f5896ace3a78c347eb7eab503450bc93bd0c3b'
for (index = 0; index < 10; index++){
 console.log(`[${index}]` +
   web3.eth.getStorageAt(contractAddress, index))
}

So my question is:

Whats the upper limit for the storage of a smart contract, and is this storage dynamically allocated and has a different number of indexes per contract, or is it a static amount

Also just as an extra question, if using the constant variable in a smart contract, does this mean this will be stored in contract storage and not memory
