We are building an Ethereum based private network using two PCs. A problem has been found in the part that sends / receives the Ether after building. So I want to find the answer to this part. Once the Ethereum based private network has been established in the following order.

  1. Execute the following commands sequentially on the A PC(IP address = 192.168.0.7). bootnode --nodekey=bootnode.key geth --networkid 7686 --datadir "C:\EPN" --ethash.dagdir "C:\EPN" init genesis_block.json geth --networkid 7686 --datadir "C:\EPN" --ethash.dagdir "C:\EPN" --rpc --rpcapi "db,eth,net,web3,admin,debug,miner,shh,txpool,personal" --rpccorsdomain "" --rpcaddr "192.168.0.7" --rpcvhosts "" --nat "none" --netrestrict "192.168.0.0/24" --syncmode "full" --etherbase "0x~~~" --bootnodes "enode://~~~@192.168.0.7:30301" ethminer -G -P http://192.168.0.7:8545

  2. Execute the following commands sequentially on the B PC(IP address = 192.168.0.98). geth --networkid 7686 --datadir "C:\EPN" --ethash.dagdir "C:\EPN" init genesis_block.json geth --networkid 7686 --datadir "C:\EPN" --ethash.dagdir "C:\EPN" --rpc --rpcapi "db,eth,net,web3,admin,debug,miner,shh,txpool,personal" --rpccorsdomain "" --rpcaddr "192.168.0.98" --rpcvhosts "" --nat "none" --netrestrict "192.168.0.0/24" --syncmode "full" --bootnodes "enode://~~~@192.168.0.7:30301"

At this point, the transfer from A Wallet to B Wallet be successful. But, the transfer from B wallet to A wallet is pending. So connect the ethminer to the B PC. After mining one or two blocks, terminate ethminer. Then connect the ethminer to the A PC again. After this, A wallet => B wallet, B wallet => A Wallet transfer is good in both directions. What is the problem? Thank u.
