I have duplicated tabs of the same smart contract to make each user of the same smart contract to invoke the function related to him then i got this error. (unfortunately it is not possible to create an account using an external wallet (vm london)). What is the problem please.

How are you trying to create that wallet? Which blockchain are you using? Can you describe your test environment? Some browser extensions like metamask won't allow creating a new wallet programatically for security reasons.– Ismael ♦Mar 17 at 3:08
