I am learning and am a safe newbie. I am trying to do programmatically - a safe that gets operated by 3 members [A=owner, B and C - signers] with a policy of 2/3 signers [A and B or A and C but not B and C].
A second safe group membership operation change I want to make is - [A = signer, B = signer, C = owner] with a policy of 2/2 signers [just B and C].
All my reading tells me that I can do this with Safe [with either SDK or API or CLI]. Is my understanding correct and if so - what is a recommended best practices to do.
