Add Liquidity failed: Internal JSON-RPC error

Question

I am trying to add liquidity to pancake swap and keep getting the following error:

Add Liquidity failed: Internal JSON-RPC error.

Has anyone experienced this before, and if so can you help? We are using Pancakeswap Router V2.

This is a very basic error EVM throws when it doesn't get an error statement in return. Maybe there is some calculation error? Can you share the inputs and the function you are trying to run? And have you changed anything in the standard contract? It would be helpful.
