I am trying to understand the ERC-1400 and when I was reading the GitHub issue of ERC-1400 I saw this (under the title ERC-1594: Core Security Token Standard):
...cap on the percentage held by any single investor...
What could be the reason to put a cap on the percentage held by any single investor if these tokens represent securities? Like ERC-20 tokens, can ERC-1400 be manipulated by people who own most of these tokens?
