+1 for Subgraph as @PaulRazvanBerg said. It is the best way to do this as it's like Google for on-chain data. Just to clarify, are you 1) Looking for all domains that have .ens as the parent node? Or, 2) All TLDs (com, org, xyz, luxe... every TLD is supported if you can add text records) that utilize ENS in the DNS records? If it's #2, give me a day or two and I'll write something up for you on how to query all decentralized and legacy TLDs that resolve to Ethereum.
