"SortByPriceAndNonce sorts the transactions by price in such a way that the nonce orderings within a single account are maintained." | |

just to clarify, SortByPriceAndNonce sorts first by price and then (for same priced tx) it sorts by nonce: github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/blob/master/core/types/…
